Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Peppermayo items, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your order for a store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals in place.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Return Type

  Select whether you would like a store credit or a direct size exchange for your eligible items.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items, and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Credit

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
